Our Maplewood Lodges with hot tubs are brand new and sleep up to 6 people in three bedrooms. They have a spacious living space with dining and kitchen areas combined. Double patio doors open up to a large south facing patio overlooking Heron Lake. The position couldn’t be better. The fantastic hot tubs are situated at the rear of lodges for a bit of privacy. It’s a short flat walk to all the amenities and has a great view.
The Cedarwood Chalet at Hazelwood Holiday Park sleeps 7 people as a perfect family-friendly holiday apartment in South Devon. With two bedrooms, and an optional sofa bed in the living room, there's space for everyone. This is a great chalet for families with two children (in a six berth) or three children (in a seven berth). We also have four berths which are no different in size but have normal sofas. Most of these chalet apartments are situated at the front of the Park by open lawned areas with plenty of space to play.
Treat yourself to more comfort than a caravan holiday. The Ashwood Chalet Apartment sleeps up to 6 people as the largest holiday chalet at Dawlish Warren’s child-friendly Hazelwood Holiday Park with three bedrooms: a double bedroom, a bedroom with twin beds and a bunk bedroom. Lovely and roomy and situated in front of grassy lawned areas, there's plenty of space to enjoy the sunshine and relax.
Dawlish Warren is a great place to bring your dog when you enjoy a dog-friendly holiday in Devon. Parts of the beach allows access to dogs even in the Summer months so this is the ideal place to bring your dog on holiday in Devon with you. There are lots of amazing dog walks that your best friend with love in the local area, for example, the nearby Dawlish Countryside Park, The Mamhead Sensory Trail (which has wonderful views), The South West Coast Path or Parke in Bovey Tracy. As well as our Clubhouse dogs are also allowed in many of our local pubs. We have limited dog accommodation available for all accommodation types so book early. There is a maximum limit of 3 dogs per accommodation.

Your dog must be kept on a lead at all times on the Park (they can run around on the Beach or Countryside Park)
You must clean up after them. (You can pop the poo bags in our onsite bins)
Dogs must not be left alone in the accommodation for extended periods of time.
