Our new holiday caravans are for sale with a lengthy 35 year lease length.
Our annual fees are reviewed every year and are increased (or decreased) in line with the January retail price index (RPI) and our local council business rates. We invoice each year in May. We are proud members of HARPA and all our terms and conditions and sales agreements are best practice fro the industry. Current Annual fees for a 12ft wide holiday home are £4,171
All utilities are billed quarterly.
