From time to time holiday homes sited at Hazelwood Holiday Park come on to the market. Each home is sold with the same existing original agreement in place and will have its individual characteristics. This means that some of the newer holiday homes can have a remaining licence agreement of a large number of years and some of the older holiday homes may have as little as 10-12 years remaining on their agreement. Of course, the price of the holiday home reflects the number of years left on the licence.
