We are now open!
We currently still have a few restrictions we have to adhere to and some of our usual offerings may be a bit different to normal. We hope it won’t affect you too much.
Facilities which are unaffected and can be used with only social distancing restrictions are: The onsite shop, Launderette, free wifi room, fishing lakes, the take away and the playground.
After yesterday’s announcement the swimming pool will open on Monday 13 July. We are limiting use to 2 families at a time and you will need to book your slot at the shop. The hot tubs on our Oakwood lodges are ready to go now.
The Clubhouse will open on the 11th of July (earlier if we can get everything organised) but unfortunately there will be no entertainment team or food service this year. The former franchisee has now left and we envisage more of a pub style offering with some occasional bingo. Before lockdown we made some improvements to the decor and have increased the size of the beer garden which we hope you will enjoy. When restrictions are lifted on live music we may have a few cabaret acts during the week.
The Fish Bar take away has teamed up with an Afro Caribbean chef and the menu now includes some tasty new additions. You will be able to take your takeaway food with you into the Clubhouse if you wish.
As an extra benefit, as far as we know, all the bars and shops in the Warren resort will be open for business.

We have had the latest advice from our industry specialists and we have put in place enhanced cleaning and disinfecting protocols for your safety. Change-overs will take us longer so please bear with us.
Before You Travel
We are advising all customers who have symptoms relating to COVID not to travel. We will then discuss the customer’s options on an individual basis.
If You’re Ill While You’re Here
Don’t forget you are still restricted to staying within your social ‘bubble’ so it is still important to stay alert even though you’re on holiday.
Let’s hope not, but if you contract the virus while staying here and you have a private means of transport, the Government asks that your party returns home to self isolate.
If you contract the virus and rely on public transport to get home, you will be isolating here at Hazelwood for at least 7 days. Your party will be asked to move from your accommodation to a particular chalet accommodation for isolation.

Anyone who has a booking with us and feels that they are unable to come can discuss this with us by giving us a call on 01626862955. There is always the option of deferring to next year or a credit note. We would like to know as soon as possible so we can re book the accommodation.
