By adding your lodge to our letting portfolio during the weeks you are not using it, you can make a healthy return on your investment. Although we cannot guarantee your home will be booked throughout the year, there are certain periods (especially in summer) when we can reliably expect the accommodation to be in demand.

Maintaining your buy-to-let property
Your investment is in safe hands with our skilled team and we guarantee to look after your investment. After every let, for a small fee, we will take care of cleaning your home and making the beds. Don’t worry; our capable staff can take care of any emergency maintenance issues that may arise during the let too.
To protect your asset, a £50 refundable Good Housekeeping Bond is required as part of every letting as a security deposit to cover breakages, damages or extra cleaning costs. This is purely for your peace of mind – at Hazelwood we rarely need to charge against a bond as most of our guests leave properties in good condition.
Hazelwood Park must act as your agent if you wish to let your holiday home commercially. In return for managing all bookings and marketing we will take a commission from the rent earned from each let – if we don’t successfully let your lodge, we will not take any fee.
