Cancellation Protection (optional)

Available for our Ashwood, Cedarwood, and Elmwood accommodation

You may purchase our Cancellation Protection and it must be paid for with your holiday deposit

For this premium, (see prices) Hazelwood Holiday Park will refund all monies paid (excluding the cancellation protection fee) provided we receive written confirmation of cancellation of the entire party at least 56 before the commencement of your holiday.

If you cancel your holiday between 56 days prior to arrival and your arrival date Hazelwood Holiday Park will refund all monies paid (excluding the cancellation protection fee) if cancellation is due to any of the following:

• Death to a named member of the booked party,
• Serious illness to a named member of the booked party, or
• Redundancy to a named member of the booked party.
• Fire, flooding, subsidence or malicious damage rendering your home uninhabitable.

Any claim must be in writing and supported by the relevant documents. Our acknowledgement is evidence of having received your notification.

Please note Hazelwood Holiday Park’s cancellation scheme covers you until you arrive on site after which refunds cannot be given if for any reason you leave early. You may wish to take out your own holiday insurance to cover this.

To Cancel: if you need to cancel please let us know by telephone and then we require notification in writing or via an email. If you are sending your notification the date that we receive your cancellation will be considered the cancellation date so we recommend you send it by recorded post to the address below

This policy is for cancellation and is not equivalent to a travel insurance policy

Oakwood Lodges

Because we act as an agent for the owners of the Oakwood Lodges we can not make refunds on their behalf. We recommended that you purchase independent holiday insurance for lodge bookings.
